Problem with constant using of devices has so many bad consequences but I want to point one thing. while having it accessible all the time we are never bored. best ideas come when person is bored, the brain starts to create different impulses which lead to new way of thinking where person gets to some new level. today with a phone in your hand you can never be bored and you do not let your brain do the things it can. there are camps in the world where people gather and go for a 3-5 day trip without any device, just to talk and spend time in nature to improve themslef

Good topic bro, for me it is very important to do mental detox to refresh your mind and body. Sometimes it affects the way we think since the media has a lot of negative news instead of good ones. I do it from time to time at least once per quarter since I already lessen my daily use and put some time with my son.

In general I think it is complicated in our society to take a complete break from smartphones, PCs and TVs, everything passes through these devices. You can certainly reduce the hours of daily activities by dedicating them to family, sport, reading and hobbies. It's really hard to detox. Technology is a drug for our unconscious, we spend hours on mobile and don't realize it.
