my goal is to meditate for 5 minutes every day. š I have a stressful week ahead. multiple changes to my scheduled routine in an attempt to make things easier for everyone involved. plus thereās an upcoming court case, and new doctors appointment. which I switched my work schedule for, which is dysregulating.
