I must ask you about your shadow people visits though. if you have the energy and interest of course. that reminded me when I had my brain bleed and spent an undetermined amount of time in the hospital and had a frequent visitor. 

I injured myself getting my coparent out of my un-shoveled snow covered driveway. we are strong independent women. I swear. 😂

omg that's so scary was this recent? I Will explain it to you when when they first put me on IV Benadryl to get me this medication, I would just like fall asleep, but also when I was falling asleep, they would be like shadow people crawling across like  the ceiling and in the corners, they never really got close to me but they were always watching from the corners, and at first I wasn't sure if those were other people's shadows just lingering on in the clinic, but one time I got to like convene with them  in their realm, and that was crazy it was like a full blown tea party. I couldn't believe it happened, really.

no, roughly like… 11 years ago I think? it was rough going for a while. a year of physical therapy. should have had trauma therapy too. 

I’d love to hear more about your experience. mine was a shadow until I started talking to it? then it turned into a little girl who would come talk to me while I was alone in my hospital room. 

I have had other experiences with shadow people over the years without the hospital. including with other people who could sense them but not see them. so I’m so fascinated by your explorations!

I never did find out who she was. nobody believed me, and then I was too focused on “healing.”

holy shit that was wild and I’m higher than I thought. *nervous chuckles*

… had a guardian angel who was such. either before or after the brain bleed. so my brain has sort of conflated the two to keep me safe while I was still so deeply entrenched in the lessons I was learning at that moment. 

something about… the breadth would have decimated the scale of allowing a true rebuilding of my self architecture? 

which upon reflection, I’m not quite sure exactly means. the journey I’m on wouldn’t have happened without that defining moment? it took so long because of it? both?

Oh my god that's crazy. Do you think that little girl was you like a projection of your unhealed self or your past self? Did you ever figure out who she was?

I used to have a imaginary childhood friend that no one used to be able to see in my sister used to make fun of me about and during an Ayahuasca trip was there the other people could see them see him too it was crazy and then I talk to him, but he wasn't me from a past timeline.  But I did see me from past  and different timelines in dreams and other trips.
