I *know* failing is essential to learning. how do you get comfortable with failing if previously you were punished for it? or perhaps, where did you learn that it’s beneficial to fail? 🫶

Using the experiences of failure is an important factor in doing better and more useful things. If you don't experience failure, what you create will be your next failure. And that should be constructive enough.
