Philosophy

The reason you overthink is because silence terrifies you more than noise. Because stillness means confronting the stories you've been telling yourself, the narratives that keep you spinning in endless mental loops.
Overthinking isn't intelligence, it's a defense. It's your mind building elaborate mazes to avoid the simplicity of feeling. But complexity isn't depth. It's a distraction. What if you trusted the first whisper of your intuition instead of drowning it in a thousand what-ifs? Stopped interpreting every moment as a puzzle to be solved and started experiencing it as a moment to be lived. The version of you beyond the endless mental chatter is the one who breathes freely, who knows that not every thought needs to be followed, examined, dissected. Some thoughts are just passing clouds. Let them go.
