The most boring workouts for me are definitely upper body days—back, chest, and shoulders 🫠 Like, I know they’re important, but they just don’t give me the same vibe as leg day or MFR. Anyone else feel this way?

I agree with you. I prefer walking in the park with my friends to boring activities in one place.👍🥜
