gm Fitcasters Starting to really like decline press. Doesn’t hurt your shoulders and you can load way more weight. I’m sure there’s a reason why no one at the gym uses it but I’m a fan 🤷♂️. Still trying to figure out how much I can handle so not sure how much to load yet. Really don’t want to drop this on myself 😁. 185 lbs @ 140.4 lbs BW. Think I had a few more in me here but this was for filming/gauging-the-weight purposes; felt a bit better controlled than earlier in the week.

I love the decline press! I can always lift more than a flat bench press, which is fun. I think people don't generally do decline bench because it only really hits the lower portion of your pecs, which can be covered by other exercises, but whatever works for you is great!
