Books

Yesterday I had an argument with my wife about the form in which books should be read.

She argues that a book should only be paper, that the sensation is not the same. That to read a book from a smartphone (as I do) is to lose half the pleasure of reading. The smell of the paper is there, the rustling of the pages, the weight and illustrations on the cover, blah,blah....

I still don't quite agree with her though, what do you think?

I use only audio recently, because there is far enough load for eyes

I love the feel of a paper book but I am also aware of the amount of trees it takes to produce a book plus I like to me minimal and books take up soooo much space and can’t easily be transported 🧐
