I go after. But that is because I go with a coach and a group of people and it is more fun, it replaces my need to socialize for the day. If I were to go alone, I would probably go in the morning

It's actually nice because i found nice people and we are having fun while working out. But talking to randoms at the gym is a no no for me too, I would rather invest that energy in my exercises😅
