You can bid on the name using Vision.io and/or Opensea and hope they see it or get notified about your bid. Also, Etherscan has a built in way to send messages called https://chat.blockscan.com/ You can click the little message button on Etherscan next to the address. There are also other web3 messaging platforms that you can try like the one built into Rarible.
