1/ Why Namechain?

ENS has grown beyond address resolution:
• Permissionless user profiles
• Decentralized website hosting
• DNS interoperability

To scale these use cases, ENS needs lower fees and better performance - enabling a better ENS experience!

This is really good. But I would have preferred this on Base network. 

Don’t get it. Is ENS building its own chain or moving to Linea?
