Feel like “Consumer crypto” is ironically terrible branding wrt consumers

“Consumer” gives “Exit liquidity”, “sterile productive users”
 
“Crypto” gives “Vague nerdy finance” and “Hot new ponzi” 

I get that it’s a matter of target audience & intent but I think we can do better idk

FWIW, A spell of disillusionment is cast over my eyes the moment I hear web3 being uttered

I think both might be terrible but web3 is less terrible lol

Like from imagining the lens of someone who isn’t in crypto/web3
