How much does it cost to mine 1 BTC in different countries around the world?
In Ukraine, it costs around $42,000 to mine one Bitcoin after the halving. By comparison, in the United States it's $107,000, in Germany — almost $270,000, and in Italy — as much as $306,000.
The cheapest mining is in Ethiopia ($2,000), Sudan, and Cuba (less than $4,000). But there’s a catch: not all of these countries have enough hashrate, and mining is not legal everywhere. 0 reply
