By comparison, in the United States it's $107,000, in Germany — almost $270,000, and in Italy — as much as $306,000. The cheapest mining is in Ethiopia ($2,000), Sudan, and Cuba (less than $4,000). But there’s a catch: not all of these countries have enough hashrate, and mining is not legal everywhere.

Ukraine Defines How It Will Regulate the Crypto Market During a meeting of the Financial Stability Council, Ukrainian lawmakers presented a model for the distribution of responsibilities between the National Securities and Stock Market Commission (NSSMC) and the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) for overseeing the crypto market. The regulators will be responsible for licensing CASPs (Crypto Asset Service Providers), issuing stablecoins, ensuring transparency, AML/CFT compliance, and consumer protection. NSSMC – will oversee the issuance of tokens (excluding EMTs), monitor ART issuers, and supervise service providers not dealing with fiat currency. NBU – will oversee EMTs, crypto-to-fiat exchange operations, and establish requirements for such transactions. The model is based on the MiCAR regulation and envisions cooperation and data sharing between the two authorities.

Kanye West Offered $2 Million to Promote His Own Scam Coin Rapper Kanye West stated (https://incrypted.com/reperu-kane-uestu-predlozhyly-2-mln-za-prodvyzhenye-sobstvennoj-skam-monety/) that he was offered $2 million to advertise his own fake token — he shared a screenshot of the conversation confirming his refusal of the offer, citing his unwillingness to "deceive his community." An unknown individual allegedly proposed promoting a fraudulent coin named YE. The post was supposed to stay on the rapper's page for eight hours, after which he could claim that his page had been hacked. The person making the offer did not hide the fact that this was a scam scheme.
