New version of Blumen, a CLI to deploy websites on @ethereum, just dropped 🔥

Works the same as before, but now it is:

- a single-file JavaScript CLI, fitting into just 1.1 megabytes
- 0 external dependencies, it's all bundled into the CLI
- no longer tied to npm registry, can distribute the binary elsewhere

as a bonus, here's a demo of deploying a site on @ethswarm and using a @safe + @ensdomains combo to make the site accessible on blumen.stauro.eth.link
