Excited for Meta Connect next week. Now that phones are top of S-curve (incremental), Meta VR is one of only a handful of hardware devices that are exciting/ bottom of S-curve (others: Musk companies, Steam Deck, Skydio- what else?).

I'm surprised that there hasn't been a must-have Halo level game for Meta VR yet. The devices seem good enough, but game dev seems to be lagging / non-existent? Curious if you have a different take or if there are breakthrough games on the horizon

Agree- closest thing is probably Onward or Population One. Not enough high end game devs yet but think it’s coming.

Nintendo has Mario, Microsoft has halo. I think the system selling game is first party. One issue for AAA devs is they’ve had to become large studios which means the amount of money they have to make is far higher than most vr titles are making.
