Can you please elaborate a bit more on “the algo will not be kind to you”

there are genuine usecases where people do this too such as an artist thanking collectors who minted their latest work

If you mention people who don't want to be mentioned, you'll get reported. 

If you get reported a lot, the algo will assume youre a spammer.

Does the algo take action on casts even without being reported as spam?
Or is there any way we can check what repercussions any of the actions have on a user?
The other day you stated to mark drainer casts as 'other' means that this undergoes manual review?
