trying to upgrade farcaster hubs to ethers6, @ricmoo is there a replacement for utils.verifyTypedData to validate EIP712 stuff? 

or is the desired behavior to call recoverAddress manually?

I didn‘t have this issue but I remember @ricmoo saying smth about EIP712 at the Denver ETHMagicians meeting.

is there a method in there that verifies signed EIP712 payloads? maybe im being dense, but im not seeing it

yeah thats what we ended up doing, though i dont understand why that convenience method was killed

I guess the idea is that you build the signed message and then use recover address?

To answer your question: I also don‘t see it right now.
