A new version of Hubble (1.11.6) is out with Bundles.

Messages are now grouped into bundles before being gossiped. This will reduce network usage and may improve sync speeds. 

Please upgrade your Hubble to 1.11.6 by Apr 17.

Bundles aren't backwards compatible, so we're going to: 

1. Min version to 1.11.6 on Apr 17 to disconnect older hubs 
2. Enable bundles for 1% of the network 
3. Scale up to 100% slowly as we keep an eye on stability
