Something that lets address a mint to address b?

ERC721.sol mint(address to)

Reservoir's Mint API has some nice features around this. We add "mint to" capability to any NFT using our router contract. And if the NFT has per wallet limits, we will mint via a proxy per user to avoid getting blocked while also respecting the limits that the creator set.
