Warpcast is stopping warp rewards for hub runners. - There are plenty of hubs, well above target (382 vs target of 100) - Rewards are driving people to run more hubs on slow hardware - This is making the network slower for everyone We'll turn off rewards for a month to see where the steady state lands, and revisit.

Correction, we have over 600 running hubs. @sanjay pointed out that there was a potential error in the dashboard I was looking at.

in the interest of education for well-meaning Hub runners, what is included/not included in the 382/600+ count, and what is included in this network view from @zachterrell (it shows 1,082 when I refresh right now)? https://warpcast.com/zachterrell/0x074fe069
