I tried The New Bar in Venice, an “alcoholic free drink discovery platform”. TLDR: it could take a lesson from Impossible’s Pat Brown who always said the world won’t convert from meat to meatless unless it tastes just as good. non-alcoholic beer kinda has this down. wine, canned cocktails, etc gotta figure it

Fre is pretty good for non alcoholic wine. They don’t stock that there unfortunately
