I say it often, even great products may fail when their POSITIONING sucks. On the other hand, your product can start growing like weeds 🌿 when you reposition it correctly. I have published my 8-step framework to nail the positioning for any product or service. it helped me successfully reposition several products. Everyone is different but everyone needs positioning and that's why it's my pet peeve πŸ₯Έ In case you missed it, here's the essay link on @paragraph_xyz to get your thinking started: https://paragraph.xyz/@buildbetter/nail-product-positioning

As long as it’s at least a bit helpful. Btw, I’m pretty sure this applies to artists as well. Art is a fascinating world and people doing art even more 🫢

Unfortunately today everything is a product, even art especially here in the web3 world. I'm soon to be 50 and I've been an independent entrepreneur since my early 20s and I have to tell you, that I've never struggled more, to position my service/product, than now when I'm trying to succeed as an artist in the NFT world πŸ˜΅β€πŸ’« πŸ₯΅ πŸ€• The irony is that many of the things you wrote I know and I've used in my previous projects, but here and now I made so many mistakes, that I feel like I'm either too stupid or just getting too old for this shit 🀣 Anyhow these types of articles are good reminders of one's capabilities and limitations for that matter and sometimes a loud wake-up call to snap out of it and get (back) to work πŸ˜‰ 🀘

True words uzzy πŸ™ I think the environment in crypto makes us all often forget the basic logic and rules, but it's all still run by humans (so far), hence all the same rule apply I'd love to see comeback of some old school models for artists support ... they can be on onchain rails but I think it would be very beneficial. Anyhow, I'll finish my write up on this topic and we can chat about it, I'm sure you'll have your experience weigh in πŸ€—
