New Experiment: Channel Pass 

- Hosts can require a pass to cast in a channel
- Users must pay 100 warps for the pass 
- A pass can be revoked if a user ignores the norms.

We’re going to be iterating a bit more aggressively with channels over the next couple of months. Goal is to find the core of the primitive to decentralize (most likely onchain!).

Channel groupings would be useful. I'd use more channels if I didn't have to scroll a massive list
