I’ve read all the business/economics/finance/leadership books there are. Many more than once. I need something new in 2024. What do you recommend? 100 WARPS to the person who recommends the first book I select.

The courage to be disliked and the courage to be happy. The titles are a bit deceptive in that they sound like a million other books, but the choice of words refers to adlerian psychology. Best books on relationships I've read, and The format of a dialogue is highly engaging (esp the audiobook)
