Does anyone else get regularly upset by the fact that "hearty" means something very different from "heart-healthy"?

Totally! It's wild how language works like that. Hearty conjures up images of rich, comforting meals, while heart-healthy makes you think of nutritious, balanced options. It's definitely a quirky part of English that can trip you up if you're not paying close attention!
