I think there’s a difference between what you “make” and what you “release”—I think keeping a consistent through line as you evolve your sound is important and therefore A loyal but if you don’t expand your influence and demonstrate your willingness to ditch the echo chamber some then it becomes B

Ye I fully see that. Weirdly I can’t help but leave hallmarks of how I work all over tracks these days, even if I work across genres. Used to think of it as an Achilles heel but now I see that it’s actually a strength and a recognisable signature.
