It’s a balancing act being an artist. A lot of musicians I find are a mix of introvert and extrovert. Having to put your expression out there is tricky. Navigating the line between introspection and narcissism feels like a tight rope walk.

Music Artist? Reframe connecting with people as part of the art. See if that changes your relationship with socials. The art at the centre of it all is about connection anyways. Being social in a real way is a shortcut to that.
