https://support.metamask.io is pretty comprehensive with guides and you can start a convo (chat button bottom right) if none of them are helpful

Thanks Megan, the problem is that they have not updated the Mozilla browser plug-in page and it's 3-4 versions behind and 2 weeks old. The chrome store plug-in is up to date for example. The support is not that good, agents are llm, not human and not very smart, it might have generated a ticket about the issue hopefully, it literally started hallucinating, so no point in continuing

Humans do look at the tickets :) Unfortunately, we donβt have much control over the rollout of new browser versions. We send updates to each platform (chrome, ff, apple, android) then they control rollout time to users :/

I talked to Firefox, they claim they received no updates from Metamask.
