Humans do look at the tickets :) Unfortunately, we don’t have much control over the rollout of new browser versions. We send updates to each platform (chrome, ff, apple, android) then they control rollout time to users :/

Thanks Megan, the problem is that they have not updated the Mozilla browser plug-in page and it's 3-4 versions behind and 2 weeks old.  

The chrome store plug-in is up to date for example. 

The support is not that good, agents are llm, not human and not very smart, it might have generated a ticket about the issue hopefully, it literally started hallucinating, so no point in continuing

I noticed you seem to be working at metamask, could you please let them know about the need to upgrade the Mozilla page for the Firefox browser extension. 

Latest version is 12.1.3 and The Firefox extension is still at 12.0.6
