International waters or not, ignoring a court order sets a dangerous precedent. Rule of law should always be respected, regardless of location.

Not how it works. Two things I don’t want: gang members, and the end of our republic’s system of checks and balances. The judicial branch says what the law is. Executive must follow, or it is in contempt. Ignore a contempt order and the Constitution and rule of law is no longer in effect. Kinda like gang members in charge of the whole country.
