What are you all having for dinner tonight? Here’s my plan: I had too many yellow heirloom tomatoes from the garden and couldn’t eat another tomato sandwich so I’m making a simple soup! Roasted the tomatoes with onion and garlic for 30 minutes at 400 degrees. Added veg stock and puréed with a handheld immersion blender. Planning to add a little heavy cream and garnish with parsley, and will serve with some grilled cheese sandwiches.

It’s popularly called cassava flakes it’s food item in West Africa, made from cassava roots that have been peeled, grated, fermented, and then dried. We mix it with sugar milk and any other thing whenever we want to have it
