Today marks exactly six years when I put an end to my vice of alcohol. I'm going to reiterate something I've offered many times to folks here and elsewhere. If you're struggling with quitting your addiction, and need someone to vent/cry/yell at, my DCs are always open.

should i quit vaping? i feel like i'm overdosing on nicotine and feel the need to quit, but my brain keeps asking for it and i keep coming back. on the other hand i'm not sure if it's really negatively impacting my health. your thoughts? & how did you stop yourself from going back to it?

Nicotine is admittedly a vice I haven't tamed š but harm reduction strategies exist, and nicotine patches (and non-tobacco pouches like Zyn) exist and can help fight the cravings while kicking the ritual habits associated. That's what Iām currently doing, myself, to get off the crutch.

Currently trying out zyn as a way to cut back on vaping. Nicotine itself is harmless and can be a nice nootropic but the delivery method is always the bad part. 200 $degen
