Doing a January cut in preparation for February marathon training. Not counting calories, but protein. Goal is 200 grams of protein per day (800 cals). I need about 2500-3000 cals per day or my weight drops. I think it’ll be pretty difficult to eat that much food prioritizing protein Wish me luck!
