noticing that the LA people never get very pressed about the SF v NYC debate

one thing that NYC has on LA is that the entire city falls in love and comes alive on the first day of warm weather after a brutal winters

there is small slice of me that admittedly feels FOMO when i see a cambrian explosion of photos and joy fill the timeline from NYCers on days like today

LA is jaded by weather

Real ones just bundle up, always crazy to me the difference in foot traffic throughout the entire city once we get even half a day of warm weather. 

Mind you everyone out in shorts and tees just froze to death once the sun set, legit rubbing themselves for warmth 🤣
