Really want to get my hands on this card.

Should I buy graded English, buy graded Japanese or buy 36 Fusion Strike booster packs to rip and hope for the best? The last option should be the cheapest.

But I believe the Japanese version was a promo card so just wonder if it would be more rare/valuable to get the English version

Japanese is higher quality but as you mentioned the Espy was a gym box promo, and it’s more expensive. PSA 10 pop is about 3k copies higher than English 10, and the recent Chi Eevee rerelease may take some pressure off the JP. I’m normally an all JP collector but with Fusion mooning I think English 10 is the move.
