Really want to get my hands on this card.

Should I buy graded English, buy graded Japanese or buy 36 Fusion Strike booster packs to rip and hope for the best? The last option should be the cheapest.

But I believe the Japanese version was a promo card so just wonder if it would be more rare/valuable to get the English version

i second graded english, fusion packs just got expensive
