Is there a world where frames work more like Slack or Discord bots, where you can simply ack() within the 5s window, and then follow-up asynchronously with updated content?

The 5s timeout for frames is really bugging me. I can compromise on the UX by having a Refresh button as suggested in the docs, but I feel like this puts a ceiling on the types of things that are possible with frames.

Looks like switching to the nodejs runtime really impacted the response time poorly. I was so close to getting it to work with Vercel's Edge Runtime which was working perfectly. I'm going to take another stab at it tomorrow and see if we can get this working!
