The 5s timeout for frames is really bugging me. I can compromise on the UX by having a Refresh button as suggested in the docs, but I feel like this puts a ceiling on the types of things that are possible with frames.

Is there a world where frames work more like Slack or Discord bots, where you can simply ack() within the 5s window, and then follow-up asynchronously with updated content?
