A reminder: human-generated content is not always useful; AI-generated content can be useful! The usefulness of content is relative to each person. This means reasonable people will differ on classification. This is what makes spam filtering hard.

I think you’re trying to solve for too many variables. Non human generated spam should be dealt with differently from non interesting, spammy human generated content. I would think the social layer should filter for the latter, and intervention such as hiding or labelling should only apply to the former ?
