Gonna vent a little bit after getting _another_ tokenproof email saying I haven't claimed my tickets yet when I have.

Why do these major events always feel so slapped together? Convoluted sign ups, always needing some random app, missing a bunch of critical info, 10 days out and no schedule. Can we do better?

my understanding was that the festival does a good job with staying organic and community-centered, and staying loose with organization and participants’ UX

not a terrible tradeoff… 🤷🏻

FWIW, I'm being critical because I really love ETH Denver and want it to be the best experience it can be. Attending ETH Denver is what got me into Solidity development, I owe a lot to it.

That said, I don't think that's a tradeoff that needs to be made.

last year (my 1st) I was like, aghast 😂 with the production quality of almost everything, partly shocked bc I’ve got event mgmt bgd

but yea it’d be fun to see it both stay true to the mission AND run like a well oiled machine :)
