Is the term "devnet" still commonly used to refer to Anvil, Hardhat Network, Ganache?

I just call it a "local node". I tend to think of testnet/devnet as something on the internet, not local.

I'm using the term devnet because I don't want to limit folks imagination to only using it in tests when it has use cases in applications as a library

No it may also refer to the online version, just like how starknet doesn't always have a development network.
