Is the term "devnet" still commonly used to refer to Anvil, Hardhat Network, Ganache? Want to get the naming right for docs + public API decisions.

I just call it a "local node". I tend to think of testnet/devnet as something on the internet, not local.

I'm using the term devnet because I don't want to limit folks imagination to only using it in tests when it has use cases in applications as a library
