Ethereum Account Abstraction

Do we want a wallet_sendUserOperation RPC so that Wallets and Apps can talk about user operations. 

OR.... do we want to front run RIP-7560 and have some wallets support transactions with type AA_TX_TYPE on eth_sendTransaction and other requests? 

Both have pros/cons, but I think I lean towards the latter.

I’d love to have some resource which lists upcoming EIPs and how they could enable new novel blockchain features in simple English. Maybe I should build it 🤔
