What’s your opinion on this being another deception tactic like Russia’s been doing for centuries (appear weak to bait your enemy) e.g. operation uranus at stalingrad to fool the nazis Perhaps they wanted to redeploy up at Kharkiv and made a big smokescreen while they were at it?

russia has not been doing any successful deception tactics for centuries don't overestimate its capabilities whatever worked was an exception, not normal the whole government in russia shat their pants (see how they desperately tried to "defend" by trenching the roads) don't seak logic in russia's actions

> don’t be too quick to dismiss them, study history instead that's the issue with the people outside of russia not realizing that russia deliberately made a lot of effort and paid top dollar to pr agencies around the world to create an image of "wise" and "all-knowing" strategy god you clearly fell for that

having lived in russia for 18 years, having seen all of it on local and federal levels, having known a lot of russian people the only two things that russia can be harmful with are nuclear weapons and dumb brute-force lie firehosing propaganda aimed to the foreign nations in reality they can't even conquer Ukraine
