And those that participate in regulation by enforcement, have codified ambiguity into law so that regulatory agencies can use Chevron, and selectively apply regulations do not respect Rule of Law. The way they have conducted themselves may be legal, but that does not mean it is consistent with the Rule of Law.

Abolition of Chevron Deference, is a big win it is for true Rule of Law. Rule of Law being that rules are set up in advance in such a way that everyone knows the outcome beforehand and that it is applied in such a consistent manner. The Chevron regime allowed a massive violation of Rule of Law for 40 years

I’m a step putter, for a while I would be happier with a 40ft step putt over a 25 footer. Lately recovering from tendinitis in my knee the stepper is hurting

Binging the History 102 podcast, and heard “special guest Dan Romero” and was like no way it’s @dwr.eth, and it was actually @dwr.eth! Halfway through the episode, really enjoying this podcast

The crypto single issue voter, isn’t really single issue. It’s many issues that can be bundled into one clean litmus test to see if a politician aligns with my principles or at least respects my civil rights and rule of law

I love P4G, played it on the vita and it hooked me far more than P5. Eventually going to get to the P3 remake

My wife who knows very little about crypto ends up occasionally listening when we’re in the car together, and during today’s episode said “Aww is Anthony going agwei?”

Barela’s putting is looking so good this year, I’ve always thought that was the only missing peice of his game. Now that he’s got it figured out, it’s his year

Watch slow-mo on videos of pros and watch when their reach back starts, when they start to pull through in relation to their footing. Ulibarri’s Scratch to Scratch series has some good tips on timing. If you watch Uli, McBeth, Schusterick, the timing is the same, they do a little pump with their arm to sync timing

Malenia was the hardest fight in all their games, spent many many hours on it. Also in Bloodborne, the 3 bosses in the chalice dungeon that halves your life, makes all the bosses one hit you

I got into it recently too, couple months now. What format are you playing? Decks you’re building?

Definitely need to grab Anzrag for this deck, don’t have her cauldron yet either cause it was originally a budget build but now that I’m keeping it I’m definitely building it out better

Hard to pick but I’ll say Bloodborne; the world, the gameplay and mechanics feel so good, the challenge, and the lore, it’s a perfect game

The punishment is deserved, but does nothing to reassure the public that this won’t happen again
