Abolition of Chevron Deference, is a big win it is for true Rule of Law. Rule of Law being that rules are set up in advance in such a way that everyone knows the outcome beforehand and that it is applied in such a consistent manner. The Chevron regime allowed a massive violation of Rule of Law for 40 years

And those that participate in regulation by enforcement, have codified ambiguity into law so that regulatory agencies can use Chevron, and selectively apply regulations do not respect Rule of Law. The way they have conducted themselves may be legal, but that does not mean it is consistent with the Rule of Law.
