Hi success fam 👋 first time caller long time listener I’ve let my health slip by the wayside a little this past 1.5 years and I’ve pledged to change that. The main thing is not to start changing your diet quickly, just reduce calories a little at a time and then there will be no problems with reverse weight gain.
