Been out of commission since yesterday - my back locked up and I can’t move. I think I tensed it up from my 12 hours coding away not realizing I was in bad posture

Of course you need to see a doctor, once I also pulled my lower back because of heaviness, 3 days it was hard to even get up to go to the bathroom
Thank God it went away, but sometimes trauma can take its toll
