The thought crossed my mind: "What if airlines have their flight planners randomly select 1 in 1000 passengers to miss their connecting flights and have to spend all day at the airport?" Like all the business you see in an airport, I wonder how many missed their flight and are now forced or more likely to spend $ at the airport?
