TXT is now in residence at Arts@Rec, part of OSMOS. Several projects in development: The Artist Contract for Decentralized Art (ACDA), an open source legal agreement for use in the transfer of decentralized art. The ACDA reimagines Seth Siegelaub’s 1971 Artist’s Reserved Rights Transfer and Sale Agreement, integrating concepts of decentralized art in a hybrid practice combining art, law, history, economics, and media theory. TXT is also developing theory, history and draft definition of Decentralized Art. Core members in residence include @soulincode and artmouth, with participation from @redbeast and other TXT members.
